Glo Preemies

Sacramento, California

My middle child, London, was an unforgettable pregnancy experience. She is one of the three children that I had prematurely. Born at 34 weeks weighing only 3.8 lbs., she was my smallest. She is the reason Glo Preemies was created.

Glo Preemies is a nonprofit organization that offer support and resources to parents that have premature children in the nicu. We also offer gift baskets, easy to read and understand medical terminology used while in the nicu, and Glo graduates will attend a yearly Graduate festival just for them graduating the NICU. We also have an beauty and empowerment program where we take the mothers for a day from the NICU and give them a free beauty makeover. We also host motivational events in hopes of stopping parents of premature infants from becoming depressed or developing PTSD.
